The hospital has multiple testing office. For simple testing like the blood testing, the result is available in 10 minutes. Still, you can image everybody feel anxious in the waiting room. We have waited for 2 and half hours and finally saw the doctor. The doctor must have seen too many cases like Sarah has. She prescribed the drug quickly and let us know what to do and don't. We paid to the fee office which locate at the same floor of dermatology clinics. Then went to the pharmacy of the hospital in the ground floor. Five minutes later after we paid, the medicine was waiting for us to pick up in the pharmacy. That was quick.
We felt like we were in Disney Land on Independent Day: wait and wait in the queue, once you jump on the cart, it is only 2 minutes game. Hospital does their best but there are simply too many patients. There is no family doctor system to filter the patients. All patients go to the hospital. I heard some small community and private hospitals were established to solve the problem. but the first choice for most people is still go to the big one.

What type of infection was it? Is it something benign that will be easily curable with the medication prescribed?
It is scabies. Our guide told us it's very common among kids from the orphanage, especially in south China where the weather is warm and humidity is high. Kids from foster family are doing much better.
Sarah's symptom is not too bad. There are some red dots on her back, hands and feet. It is much better now since the treatment.
